Valassis

Valassis Communications, Inc. sponsored a Military Awareness Month in May 2014 on behalf of SAW at the Livonia, MI location.

The employees divided into five teams (Air Force, Army, Marines, Navy & Coast Guard), and competed against each other by bringing in donations scored on a point system.

The employees had multiple fundraisers, such as, in-house bake sales, and local restaurant fundraisers.

Valassis collected donations to fill 411 care packages and raised all the funds to ship each one!!

Congratulations to the Coast Guard Team for collecting the most donations!
